York Technical College, a member of the South Carolina Technical and Comprehensive Education System, is a public, two-year institution of higher education that offers a variety of associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates.

The Enrollment Communications Coordinator performs the following functions:
Creates, manages, and updates the annual communications calendar for incoming students throughout new student lifecycle including all types of communication methods.
Reviews and manages Enrollment Services Admissions communications flow from prospect to registered student, to include its quality, effectiveness and messaging, utilizing CRM platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other platforms as necessary.
Recommends changes in policies and procedures to improve services and correspondence with students and potential students.
Conducts and/or participates in cross-training to deliver and maintain knowledge and skills required to provide quality customer service to students.
Collaborate with Admissions Office and Enrollment Systems Coordinator to interpret and analyze territory data to inform and develop communication practices.
Creates, edits, and updates content for communications throughout the new student lifecycle.
Coordinates registration for incoming students, utilizing ERP and SIS platform and/or student success platform following an academic planning appointment from admissions counselor.
Provides efficient and thorough follow-up to ensure the class schedule meets student expectations.
Makes necessary schedule adjustments and provides instructions on how to access schedule.
Collaborates with Financial Aid Office to assist with communicating payment options, confirmation, and financial aid assistance.
Provides reporting and analysis for planned and registered new students (include tracking/measuring planned/reg status).
Ensures seamless connection between the admissions office and academic advisors.
Works with students to sign up and attend appropriate orientation once registration is complete.
Introduce new students to the College's technology portals, including Navigate, D2L, Office 365, and other student planning or registration platforms.
Connects students to the advising process and provides resources needed for students to successfully matriculate beyond their first term of enrollment through one-on-one meetings, workshops, information sessions, and other strategies.
Serve as liaison between Enrollment Services and Strategic Communications and Marketing to facilitate, coordinate, and maintain project requests.
In collaboration with Admissions Office and Enrollment Operations Manager, coordinates updates to marketing materials as needed to ensure accurate information is communicated across all phases of enrollment funnel.
Provides enrollment operations support.
Manages coverage for Enrollment Services email and text inbox.
Provides backup support for Enrollment Operations data entry and tasks as assigned.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration or related field and at least 2 years professional experience in administration, customer service, communications, marketing, or student services.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in student services programs, such as Enrollment or Admissions, preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or higher
