About the Position:
ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a highly skilled and motivated National Sales Manager to lead the sales team to new heights.
ServiceMaster Recovery Management (SRM) is internationally recognized for its response to large loss commercial accounts that are affected by fire, flood, hurricanes or whatever Mother Nature or humans throw at them.
We need a highly motivated and organized National Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for our large commercial accounts and acts as the mediator between the client and provider to deliver best in class customer service related to our restoration services.
Candidate profile
Proven leader who can create and shape a positive culture amongst the team.
Can effectively motivate, encourage the sales team to ensure sales targets are executed.
Successful track record of sales.
Organized and notable management skills of daily functions.
Creative thinker who can collaborate and work with internal partners to identify new tactics that maximize the sales team’s success.
A true go-getter when it comes to establishing and maintaining relationships within those that are in our industry.
Has ownership mentality to manage new business growth plans and report ROI on Sales initiatives.
Self-driven and willing to travel and meet clients and network new sales opportunities.
Important requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience lB2B Sales, industry experience is highly preferred.
Willingness to travel - at least 25%
Tech-savvy
Self-driven and motivated to meet goals.
Top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail.
