Lead harmonization of brand and customer strategy in partnership with key cross-functional stakeholders and agencies.
Responsible for establishing quarterly strategy sessions and cadence.
Responsible for coordination across the enterprise to align with key milestones and GTM readiness.
Will work closely across marketing teams to identify key strategic opportunities.
Will partner across the enterprise to ensure campaigns across brand and strategy ladder up to the larger brand imperatives in a balanced approach.
This leader will possess analytical problem-solving abilities and will demonstrate the ability to be a self-starter who can effectively manage and deliver both large and small projects.
They will be a critical-thinker and strategically ensure attention is being given to the most pressing opportunities.
They will also possess strong leadership and collaboration skills, working cross functionally across key stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver results.
What you will do
Presents business gaps and process recommendations to Senior Leadership that have been identified by Lead Analysts.
Communicates the use cases for processes that would improve marketing execution to Senior Leadership.
Leads weekly and quarterly strategy and prioritization meetings between the brand and strategy team to intake new developments and share out results and learnings.
Ensures cross functional partners are aligned with quarterly focus areas defined by objectives, value drivers, success metrics and business priorities.
Harmonizes customer and brand campaign strategies linking harmonization objectives to the overall Lowe's brand imperatives.
Defines and develops short, mid, and long term measurable brand imperative to ensure Lowe's receives public image and reception that aligns with enterprise goals.
Reviews insights from insights and business team and identifies strategic opportunities to drive brand preference and differentiation to share with Senior Leadership.
Provides Marketing leadership (Director) key updates regarding strategy, progress, and risks.
Provides competitive analysis and demonstrates industry knowledge to ensure Marketing Brand Strategy is delivered to meet or exceed department objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, Applied Quantitative or related field
6-8 Years of general Marketing experience
5-7 Years Experience in consulting
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in a related field
3-5 Years leading a team
1-3 Years Mastery of unique market research areas such as marketing, in store experience, retail, etc.
Experience working in a retail environment
Effective project management, communication (written & oral), presentation and problem solving skills.
