The Pricing Analyst will support the pricing organization within the Rubbermaid Commercial Business unit.
The candidate will be primarily responsible for MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) analysis _38_ enforcement.
In addition, they will also perform P_38_L and data analysis in support of other pricing optimization initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
MAP Enforcement
Support Sales and customers in driving compliance of MAP Policy
Proactively provide policy and pricing recommendations based on market pricing analysis
Provide compliance reporting
Liaison between RCP and third-party suppliers of pricing data
Responsible for all internal and external MAP communications
P_38_L and Data Analysis
Build and review customer P_38_L models
Pull and manipulate pricing data to make informed business decisions
Analyze and support bid _38_ end user contract pricing opportunities
Pricing System Administration
Review pricing request to determine profitability and alignment to pricing guardrails
Provide reporting analytics for cross-functional awareness
Pricing Optimization
Lead projects to identify areas of improvement and solutions across various pricing elements
Education:
Degree in Business, Marketing or Finance preferred and/or 3+ years of significant work experience in related area.

Strong analytical and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively analyze, solve and communicate complex concepts
Experience making data informed decisions
Experience working with a Team and leading cross-functional projects
Proficiency in MS Office tools required, business intelligence and analytical tools
