Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Huntersville, NC / Remote (ability to come to office)
Reports To: Sr.
VP of Sales, Marketing & Logistics
SCOPE OF POSITION:
Responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities as well as managing some existing accounts.
Outside Sales Representatives will be responsible for generating and achieving all sales and profit metrics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate and maintain relevant technical sales documentation
Completely and accurately fill out Customer Questionnaire
Effectively communicates and negotiates complex sales contracts with customers
Educates customers on new products and product enhancements, articulates and presents product features and benefits
May provide technical guidance and leadership to other representatives
Understand customer needs and help them meet their business and technical challenges
Attends trade shows, symposiums and conferences as appropriate
Travel up to 75%
Work closely with all levels of STX employees on a daily basis

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Two (2) years' related to Composites production parts using L-RTM technologies / Infusion, VA-RTM
Or Minimum three (3) years' related sales experience in the Composites industry
Or Minimum of five (5) years Sales or Customer Service experience with a proven track record of sales success
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Textile or Composite Engineering is required
The ability to utilize knowledge of product capability to recognize opportunities where SAERTEX can provide solutions to customers' needs
Significant travel within assigned sales territory, up to 75%; willingness to work flexible schedule, including overnight travel
Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships with customers, management staff and co-workers; strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills; positive customer service focus
Valid driver's license
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Composite Engineering
Five (5) plus years' related experience in the composites industry
