Chief Marketing Officer

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), develops and implements ESP’s marketing and advertising strategies.
The successful candidate will have the right mix of leadership and marketing experience to create a marketing plan that aligns with corporate growth initiatives and strategies.
Reporting to the CEO, the CMO acts as the architect for ESP’s marketing strategy and brand.
Responsibilities: Develop ESP’s marketing strategy and vision.
Lead a high-performing team of Marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Identify market trends and supervise the company’s market research efforts.
Measure, review, and improve the performance and success of marketing campaigns/proposal pursuits.
Develop and manage the marketing budget.
Stay up to date with the latest marketing innovations, technologies, and techniques.
Recruit, train and mentor the marketing team for improved efficiency.
Plan and organize marketing functions to align campaigns with the company’s brand image and voice.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline.
Extensive experience in Marketing roles of progressively increasing responsibility.
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools, digital marketing applications, and design software.
Outstanding interpersonal and leaderships skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Experience in creating and implementing successful marketing strategies.
Understanding of market research and competitor research.
Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company’s driving (MVR) policy.
