Job Summary
We are seeking a talented, motivated Marketing Specialist to join the Trane Commercial North America marketing team.
This role will support Trane’s Equipment businesses which play a critical role in decarbonizing the built environment through technology and innovations in electrified heating, energy efficient HVAC systems, and energy storage.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping to build brand reputation and awareness, drive preference and create demand for Trane Solutions.
The ideal candidate is adept at navigating a cross-functional and matrixed organization, has strong abstraction skills and is comfortable navigating ambiguous problems, is willing to stretch themselves to understand complex market and business dynamics, and enjoys making concepts come to life through creative content and copy.
Responsibilities
Content Development: Aligned with marketing plans, support customer experience journey mapping and drive the conceptualization and delivery of compelling inbound and outbound content for target audiences, including website and email content, whitepapers, articles, video, and animation, and more.
Digital Marketing: Aligned with marketing plans, responsible for execution of digital marketing tactics including marketing emails, website updates, account-based marketing programs, and project management/workflow.
Event Management: Provide planning and implementation support for events, including submitting speaking abstracts, collaborating with speakers on presentation material, and evaluating event efficacy and success.
Internal Communications: Following established communication channels, deliver ongoing internal communications in coordination with Marketing Managers
Sales Enablement: Facilitate successful customer conversations by collaborating with sales, sales enablement, and marketing managers to develop relevant content.
Planning: Support short- and long-term marketing initiative and messaging planning
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business-related field
2 – 5 years of marketing experience
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Initiative-taker with strong bias for action
Meticulous and data-driven
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Demandbase, Wrike, Marketo, Social Chorus/Firstup products, Adobe AEM and Salesforce preferred.
Location & Travel
This position is a hybrid role based in Davidson, NC.
Up to 10% travel

Base Pay Range: $68,800-91,200
