International IoT Company with location in the Charlotte area is seeking a full-time Distribution Sales Specialist, offering a great working environment, with a friendly, hardworking international team.

The Ezlo Distribution Sales Specialist role is responsible for managing relationships with electronics distributor branch locations while developing total product sales growth for our dealer and distribution channel.
This position will cover the US.
We are a multinational company – we have offices in the USA, Colombia, Ukraine, Romania, Turkey and Pakistan.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop a regular routine for visiting distributor and customer branches and identifying dealer opportunities at the local level.
Drive sales through distribution by providing training, marketing support and product demonstrations.
Be able to effectively communicate Ezlo value proposition to distributor sales representatives and their dealers.
Implement sales action plans to effectively and efficiently execute on company strategy
Log all meetings and calls to HubSpot (our CRM) on a daily basis.
Nationwide travel to our distributors and customers makes up 75% of this role
Maintain an extensive knowledge of customers, opportunities, and competition in each market.
Add value to customers through growth and support activities including product demonstrations, regional trade shows and product road shows
QUALIFICATIONS:
1 to 5 years of outside sales experience.
Security, IoT, smart home or consumer electronics sales experience preferred
Developed and proven sales skills including prospecting, negotiating, influencing and selling
Strong interpersonal written/verbal communication, organizational and leadership skills
Ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization
Proven analytical and problem-resolution skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail
Proactive and high energy, strong customer focus and responsiveness
Technically competent to run product demonstrations and provide training
Self-managed and goal oriented
Willingness to travel 75% of the time, visiting distributor and dealer locations, and attending trade shows
Ethical
1-5 years of CRM software experience
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree with 1 to 5+ years experience is a plus
