Location: This position will be hybrid in NC, located in the Charlotte NC Area, you will be expected to work onsite in the client office 2-3 times a week.
What will I be doing?
You will be working onsite with our client, ADUSA, delivering analytical insights from the POS and panel syndicated solutions we specialize in.
You will dig into data, organize it, and create meaningful stories and recommendations based on the short and long term needs at ADUSA.
Responsibilities:
Assist with content delivery for client; including Content Delivery Client Satisfaction.
Support exceeding revenue by high quality service delivery and data.
Utilize creativity in identifying new techniques and processes.
Establish and track critical metrics to measure progress against quality initiatives.
Liaison with GOC teams.
Identify process improvement opportunities and best practice sharing.
Provide restatement project leadership/expertise and act as project leader in managing timelines and feedback
Facilitate issue resolution for all deliverables.
Provide guidance to and mentor ship for off-shore Delivery and Production personnel.
Lead client account issue resolution and communicate resolutions and explanations where appropriate.
Lead client training initiatives on Circana platform & tools
Ensure high level of data quality and data issue resolution.
Qualifications:
0-2 years of Analytical experience - Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Retail knowledge a plus but not required.
Has worked with various types of data-sets through business applications and manual manipulation.
Highest level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines
Superior analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills
High level of initiative required
Ability to communicate effectively in a manner that is clear, logical and consistent
Advanced skills MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint , Access
Experience with syndicated data a plus
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
This range may be modified in the future.
An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The salary range for this role is $62,000- $65,000.
