What You Will Be Doing:
The Associate Brand Manager will play key role as a member of the Avadim Marketing team in ensuring alignment of brand strategies with the overall company strategies to drive profitable growth.
This individual will embrace the company’s current relationships and partnerships, to help develop brand plans inclusive of new item innovation from concept to in-market.
This individual will help to lead cross-functional partners from insights to actions on new item innovation, track timelines to meet deadlines/milestones and complete data analyses on project performance.
Additionally, this individual will help to execute strong financial performance and manage the marketing budget.
The Associate Brand Manager will report to the Senior Brand Manager.
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage multiple marketing projects concurrently in support of marketing and business strategies.
Lead and work closely with key cross-functional team members across Product Development, Sales, Operations, Finance and Marketing.
Create direction for commercialization within the organization by helping to lead and adhere to project timelines and problem solve as needed to hit key milestones and deliverables for successful product launches.
Gather, synthesize and analyze data from multiple sources to draw actionable insights and make informed decisions and recommendations for brand strategy and marketing initiatives.
Track marketplace and innovation performance, tell the story, and take action, as needed to course correct.
Support tactical marketing initiatives in with integrated advertising agency partners.
Facilitate troubleshooting and team solutions / tradeoffs as issues or hurdles arise during projects.
Own the management of the marketing budget with inputs from agency and finance partners.
Leverage benchmarks, internal and external to estimate size of prize for new item launches and own forecasting of marketing inputs as part of the annual planning process.
Ad hoc business analyses as needed.

Emerging consumer trends in health and wellness is something that highly interests you.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, or project management.
Consumer packaged goods, over the counter and/or clinical health and wellness categories preferred, but not required.
Experience and success in driving large scale, multi-functional teams to bring new items to market.
Understanding of insights and data analyses to inform strategy and story-telling.
Experience managing a budget.
Understanding of the P&L and tradeoffs within.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to analyze sales trends and data to project volume and/or perform ad hoc analyses.
Ability to thrive in an organization committed to long-term growth targets and demonstrated success in consistently achieving assigned business objectives.
Exceptional personal and professional skills.
Experience with Nielsen or IRI, Bases, and other quantitative research tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, PowerPoint and Excel
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
