The Learning Business Partner I for Leadership Development (LBP-LD) will focus on planning, designing, and implementing scalable training curricula (aligned to our leadership competencies) and processes to support achieving performance and growth objectives.
This role will collaborate with organizational partners to align leadership development deliverables to divisional priorities and maximize individual and team development.
The LBP-LD will have extensive involvement in administering the School of Leadership Excellence academies and online learning repository resources.
This individual will work to maximize leadership qualities and cultivate new strengths for leaders at all levels.
The LBP-LD reports directly to the Manager of Leadership Development Programs.
This position will allow the successful candidate to work a primarily remote schedule.
They will be required to work onsite to the Alliance Charlotte, NC office one day (possible two days) every other week as approved by their supervisor.
Responsibilities & Duties
Program Management
Design and deliver Leadership Development Academy program offerings that improve leadership potential and succession readiness
Prioritize leader needs and create leadership development course content, events, and resources that build leadership competencies
Plan and deliver virtual and in-person leadership development activities that incorporate a variety of learning modalities using best practices methodologies, approaches, and assessments
Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials
Generate insightful surveys and reports by meticulously tracking attendance, participation, and program outcomes
Maintain accurate records to evaluate the success of training initiatives
Program Evaluation & Improvement
Assist with the evaluation of existing and new leadership development interventions to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the current offer to support leaders in achieving their full potential
Collaboration
Partner with and support line of business leaders to align leadership development initiatives with organizational priorities
Collaborate with organizational partners to design and implement scalable training curricula aligned with our competencies
Technical Assistance
Serve as the system administration and maintenance of the learning management system, including, but not limited to, updating site curricula/learning assignments and links to training materials
Provide technical support and guidance to program participants as needed
Troubleshoot technical and operational problems that disrupt live training
Communication
Create internal communications and innovative marketing strategies to promote leadership training and ensure employees are aware of development opportunities
Maintain the Leadership Development SharePoint page, ensuring seamless access to resources, collaboration, and upcoming training opportunities
Training and Activity Coordination
Develop leadership training curricula and resources, such as instructor-led and e-learning modules, when needed
Facilitate leadership development and learning courses, workshops, events, and activities
Assist with coordinating live and remote leadership training to ensure a seamless and enriching learning experience for all attendees
Serve as a backup facilitator for New Employee Orientation and First Aid/CPR training
Support setup of training facilities onsite as needed
Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Psychology, Sociology, or a field providing background in leadership and management development and three (3) years of experience in a progressive training or employee development; including experience in assessing training needs, marketing programs and evaluating sessions.
Preferred:
Association for Talent Development (ATD) Certification
Assessment Certification(s) for use with Leadership Development: Strength Finders, DiSC, MBTI, Korn Ferry Leadership Potential
Expertise using MS Office Suite
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching, and instruction for individuals and groups
Considerable knowledge planning, administering, supervising, and coordination learning activities
Knowledge of measurement of training evaluation
Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods including alternative ways to inform and entertain the target audience via written, oral, and visual media
Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language
Ability to express oneself effectively both in written and oral formats.

Salary Range
$54,825.
00 to $91,375.
00/Annually
Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
