*Position Overview:* As a Door-to-Door Summertime Salesman for Clegg’s Termite & Pest Control, you will be responsible for generating leads and acquiring new customers through door-to-door sales efforts.
You will represent Clegg's Termite & Pest Control with professionalism and enthusiasm while promoting our pest control services to homeowners in the area.
*Responsibilities:* * Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential neighborhoods.
* Engage with homeowners to identify pest control needs and educate them about our services.
* Present product offerings and effectively communicate the benefits of choosing Clegg's Termite & Pest Control.
* Follow up on leads and inquiries to schedule appointments for inspections and service consultations.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
*Requirements:* * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
* Sales experience is preferred but not required.
Training will be provided.
Competitive commission-based compensation structure with earning potential.
Sales commission is 17% of all sales worked and paid for.
The first two weeks will involve training with a guaranteed pay of $2400.
00 during your first month of employment.
40 hours per week, generally scheduled from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
This position is available from May through August.
