Job Overview The LPL Client Marketing Team is seeking a marketing leader who will lead a small team and develop and deliver marketing strategies and campaigns designed to generate demand and interest in the products and services which help our financial advisor clients run more effective businesses.
As a Vice President, Digital Acquisition Manager at LPL Financial, you will be responsible for developing a marketing strategy and plan to support the growth and expansion of our Business and Wealth Solutions business.
Your focus will be on developing a deep understanding of your customer (financial advisors) and our products and services.
You will develop and deliver value-add content which educates and activates our clients, driving them into experiences which align with their need to more effectively run and grow their practices.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your strategic insights to create impactful marketing campaigns focused on demand generation, lead generation and nurturing.
You’ll play an integral role in defining the strategy for how we leverage our digital properties to capture and nurture our clients through an intentional journey.
You’ll work in closer partnership with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing and Brand & Creative to design and deliver high impact Marketing.

Collaborate with Product Marketing and product teams to ensure effective communication of features and benefits.
Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, content creation, and distribution.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with creative teams and Digital Marketing to develop impactful marketing experiences and collateral.
Marketing Analytics and Reporting Partner with the marketing analytics and business analytics teams to track, analyze and report on marketing and business outcomes.
Uncover insights in the data and reporting to inform future efforts.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Marketing centers-of-excellence, sales, product, and delivery teams.
Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business objectives.
