*Position Overview:* We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Outbound Call Associate.
In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to leads and prospects to schedule them for their free introductory class or no sweat consultation.
The ideal candidate will be highly focused, proficient in following call scripts, and capable of making a minimum 30-50 call attempts per hour.
This role is new to our organization so the right individual should be able to adapt to changes as the role evolves.
*Responsibilities:*
* Make outbound calls to leads and prospects generated from advertising and website inquiries.
(No Cold Calls)
* Follow call scripts to effectively communicate with leads and prospects.
* Schedule leads and prospects for free introductory classes or no sweat consultations.
* Follow up with leads and prospects via text and email to confirm appointments.
* Meet daily call, text, and booking requirements as outlined by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Work without distraction and stay on task to maximize productivity.
* Maintain detailed notes and records of all interactions with leads and prospects.
*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in outbound sales/booking or telemarketing preferred.
* Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
* Excellent written communication and note taking skills.
* Ability to maintain a positive and upbeat attitude over the phone.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
* Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
