Job Summary
The Sales Order Coordinator acts as a primary liaison between the dealer network and the HC Forklift Sales & Marketing and Warehouse departments for order processing.
The position is the main point of contact for the entire life cycle of an order from placement to delivery, maintaining excellent customer service to our dealer network.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Enter, maintain, and update order, shipping, booking, import and inventory logs.
Coordinates dealer orders upon receipt from SAP to operations.
Provide customer service to our dealers regarding their orders, requests, and shipping details.
Assist with printing various forms from HC’s ERP System related to incoming and outgoing inventory.
Assist with adding or removing units from inventory in the ERP System.
Coordinate with logistics for the shipping and receiving of units.
Craft and maintain reports for departmental and company leadership.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field: OR
or 2 years of experience in a related industry.
1 or more years of Customer Service experience
1 or more years Sales order processing experience preferably in a dealership industry (heavy equipment, automobile, etc.
)

Stellar customer service skills
Able to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
SAP 4S/HANA experience is a plus.
Basic proficiency in Excel – (Simple formulas and basic functions)
