Position Summary The Digital Brand Manager reports directly to the Director of Marketing & Communications and collaborates closely with several key positions within the Marketing Department including but not limited to the Marketing & Content Manager, Graphic Designer/Creative Agency, Marketing Coordinator as well as multiple Directors.
The Digital Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to elevate the company's brand presence across digital platforms.
This role entails overseeing all aspects of digital marketing, including content creation, social media management, website optimization, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising campaigns.
Roles and Responsibilities Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital brand strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content for digital channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote brand initiatives, products, and services, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and visual identity.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, engaging with followers, monitoring trends, and responding to inquiries or comments.
Website Management: Collaborate with the web development team to maintain and update the company's website, ensuring it reflects the brand's values and provides an optimal user experience.
SEO & SEM: Implement strategies to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic to the company's website, as well as manage paid advertising campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.
Brand Monitoring: Monitor online conversations and brand mentions, proactively addressing any issues or reputation management concerns.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, product development, and sales, to align digital brand initiatives with overall business objectives.
Budget Management: Manage digital brand/marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize results and achieve business objectives.
Travel: Must be able to travel internationally (must have valid passport).
Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field Minimum of 2 years’ experience utilizing inbound marketing software (ex.
LinkedIn, Facebook, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Marketo, etc.
) Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, or related roles, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
Strong experience in driving B2B demand generation through inbound marketing strategies Solid understanding of digital brand/marketing strategies and platforms including search engine optimization (SEO) pay-per-click (PPC), digital advertising (programmatic, retargeting, etc.
), email marketing, social media and inbound/content marketing.
Demonstrated ability to drive engagement that leads to revenue across digital marketing platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to develop a digital brand/marketing strategy to align with departmental and organizational goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred: Video, online broadcast, and graphic design experience strongly preferred.
Project management experience.
Proficiency in web design and development.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.
g.
, Adobe Creative Suite) Experience within the franchising industry is a plus.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions Sedentary work.
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Repetitive motion.
Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
