Automotive Service BDC

Keffer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Is currently looking for a Service BDC staff! This position is an excellent opportunity for the right person! We have plenty of room for growth within the company! Our ideal candidate is someone with superb customer experience and is eager to learn and grow.
Experience with CDJR is a plus but not required.
*Position Description:* * Working inbound and outbound calls to customer base to grow appointment volume * Communicates with service customers via phone and face-to-face by performing Duties & Responsibilities.
* Work with service manager and advisors to coordinate loaner/rental vehicles _Duties & Responsibilities:_ * Meet and greet service customers/provides exceptional customer service with courtesy and respect.
* Present appraisal package to customers in service.
* Make phone calls to service customer .
* Offer appraisals package to customer that are in service.
* Make appraisal appointments.
* Complete prospecting steps and procedures for service customer.
* Follows up on customer and makes cold calls to potential clients.
* Consult regularly with the BDC/Exchange Manager.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
* Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.
