Happy Camper is looking for a part time sales associate to hop on our team mostly to help on weekends! This position is for someone who will be called upon as needed, without a guaranteed set number of hours per week or month.

Position Summary
The Happy Camper is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Retail Sales Associates to join our team.
Our associates have the opportunity to work both stores and at events across the city, engaging with diverse customers and sharing comprehensive education about our range of products including seltzers, edibles, tinctures, and smokables.
Job responsibilities may change to meet the growing needs of the business, general responsibilities include:
*Provide exceptional customer service, guiding individuals to find products that meet their needs and preferences.
*Utilize a point-of-sale system accurately for transactions and inventory management.
*Engage with customers in-store and at events, offering detailed education on various cannabis brands and products.
*Ensure a welcoming and informative experience for all customers, fostering a supportive and educational environment.
*Maintain a strong knowledge base of current and evolving products to make informed recommendations.
*Assist in-store and event operations, including vape experiences, creating elixirs, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to compliance standards.
*Report customer needs, problems, interest, and potential new products.
Job Requirements
*Must be 18+ years of age *Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
*Strong communication skills and a personable approach to customer interactions.
*Comfortable with using point-of-sale systems and handling transactions accurately.
*Flexibility to work both in-store and at events, including weekends and evenings.
