As a Finance Business Operations Specialist, you’ll be a business partner to all functional areas of Spectrum Reach.
You’ll generate and audit various reports to ensure compliance of existing Credit and Collection policies and procedures.
This role will be responsible for applying payments while also processing and distributing invoices to ensure submission to clients.

WHAT OUR FINANCE BUSINESS OPERATIONS SPECIALIST ENJOYS MOST
Reviewing reports weekly and notifying clients of sales that have exceeded certain thresholds
Resolving post-invoicing issues by researching any discrepancies
Assisting clients and Account Executives with billing conflict resolutions
Delivering the monthly prepayment report and client suspension notifications to Sales
Monitoring daily transactions

Required Qualifications
Experience: Knowledge of all components of the billing cycle
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent experience
Technical Skills: MS Office with a focus on Excel
Skills: Organized, Provide exceptional customer service to clients and sales teams,
Abilities: Detail-oriented, Works well in a group and independently, Highly motivated
Preferred Qualifications
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with the advertising industry
