Paid Search Associate
Caring is seeking a Paid Search Associate to support our digital marketing growth.
Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, the Associate will be responsible for optimization and growth of our Paid Search campaigns with the opportunity to expand into additional marketing channels in the future.
Responsibilities include data analysis and reporting, performing and monitoring tests, identifying growth opportunities, and day to day account execution.
This position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

As a Paid Search Associate you will:
Manage seven figures in monthly Paid Search spend in a way that maximizes business profitability
Analyze performance to identify opportunities to optimize our Paid Search portfolio
Present analysis and findings to internal business team
Collaborate across the marketing team to share learnings and best practices
Test, iterate, and improve on Paid Search copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting strategies to grow efficiency and profit
Leverage Ai and / or data science tools to drive account and program management efficiencies
Our Ideal Paid Search Associate will have:
A relevant Bachelor's Degree or 1+ years professional experience managing paid search accounts
If experienced, relevant experience should include using BI tools (such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau), Google and Microsoft Ads Certifications, and comfort with using Google Analytics or other tools to understand post-click performance.
Data driven, with attention to detail and an analytical approach to account optimization
Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to identify and act on the most impactful opportunities
Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Comfort with the entire Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs Suite, with particular proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
High level of autonomy and self-motivation, with the ability to take real ownership of strategy and tactics
Ability to attend collaboration sessions in the Charlotte office at least once a week
