Job Description
Cornerstone Building Brands is looking to hire a highly motivated sales professional for the position of District Sales Manager in the Carolinas region.
This teammate will report to the Southeast Regional Manager and will be responsible for the profitable growth and market development of the territory.
This role is representing our Ceco Building Systems product line.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and implements market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals
Comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by Cornerstone Building Brands in the market
Demonstrates a complete understanding of key customer’s business and the critical measures that drive each account
Works effectively and collaboratively with all Cornerstone Building Brands internal departments to ensure customer experience is optimized and efficient
Ability to work with Operating Systems
Qualifications
College degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience, 5+ years of experience in Building Materials
Experience within the pre-engineered building space preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all Cornerstone Building System’s associates, customers, subsidiaries, agents
Must have thorough understanding of construction process
Ability to comprehend and translate architectural plans and specifications
Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities
Strong understanding of Drafting, Estimating, and Inside Sales
Ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential
Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
50-70% travel in market
