As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our custom cable solutions and cable installation services to businesses across various industries.

Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities by establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
Understand the unique needs of potential clients and tailor custom cable solutions to meet their requirements.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
Leverage market research to identify key industries and sectors where custom cable solutions and installation services can make a significant impact.
• Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our range of custom cable solutions and cable installation services.
Clearly communicate our products' features, benefits, and applications to potential clients.
• Client Engagement: Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and on-site visits to engage with potential clients.
Address inquiries and provide consultation to guide clients in making informed decisions.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver proposals that outline the scope of custom cable solutions and installation services, including pricing and delivery timelines.
• Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and Amphenol Custom Cable.
• Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Generate sales reports and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
• Market Awareness: Stay current on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies related to custom cables and cable installation services.
Use this knowledge to position Amphenol Custom Cable as a leader in the field.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, engineers, and customer support, to provide clients with comprehensive solutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven outside sales experience, ideally in the telecommunications or custom cable industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of custom cable solutions, telecommunications, and cable installation services (Highly recommended).
