About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Management Executive to lead the Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Digital team responsible for delivering digital capabilities to WIM clients, as well as managing the digital investing business comprised of our do-it-yourself investing offering, WellsTrade, and our automated advice offering, Intuitive Investor.
In this role, you will: Lead a team responsible for building and executing on the strategy to increase client digital engagement and satisfaction in support of WIM's priority to digitize our wealth management business.
This includes partnering with numerous WIM business stakeholders, WIM technology, and WF enterprise partners to enable WIM clients to digitally view, transact (when applicable), and service their investment accounts.
Be responsible for building and executing on a strategy to further help our clients with their investing needs through our digital investing options - WellsTrade and Intuitive Investor - and the associated P&L drivers.
This includes leading the digital product teams responsible for delivering the digital client experience, as well as partnering with marketing and the bank branch network on growth and retention strategies.
Be accountable for understanding and mitigating associated risks for both the digital client experience and the digital investing business, including ensuring thorough documentation of controls and procedures.
Drive a results-oriented team, leveraging data, voice of the client and competitive intelligence to constantly assess prioritization to ensure the team is focused on the most impactful and meaningful client experience capabilities.
Provide thought leadership to develop and implement strategic solutions to highly complex functionality.
Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including peers and the executive team.
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
Required Qualifications, US: 8+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 4+ years of management experience FINRA registration Series 7 (or FINRA recognized equivalents) FINRA registration Series 24 (or FINRA recognized equivalents) or ability to obtain within 120 days as long as the Series 7 is active and was obtained at least 18 months prior to the start of the role Desired Qualifications: Prior experience leading a P&L business Proven ability to cultivate relationships and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and constituencies Pay Range $249,500.
