Communications and Design Coordinator
As a Communications and Design Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing communication strategies to enhance the organization's internal and external communication efforts.
Your responsibilities will include crafting and disseminating messages, coordinating various communication channels, and ensuring consistent and effective communication across all platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities
Drafting All Recurring Internal Communications for Approval
Keeping the Communications Calendar Updated & Relevant for Collaboration Across the Team
Global Marketing and Communication Toolkit Creation Support
Communications Support Across the Board
Ad Hoc Communications Plans support & execution outside of campaigns
Support for departments without BNI® Engage (Adobe Marketo) access to build out their newsletters in BNI Engage (Adobe Marketo)
Designing and editing marketing materials such as event fliers, posters, pamphlets, etc.
utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud products.
Working with the Social Media Team to create engaging social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) materials (i.
e.
original videos, graphics, photographs)
Providing strategic input on global communications campaigns, projects, toolkits, etc.
Supporting communication campaign creation and execution
Creating compelling and clear content for various communication channels, including press releases, newsletters, website content, social media posts, and internal communications.
Collaborating with different departments to gather information and insights for creating engaging and accurate content.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (required) in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) with 3.
0 GPA or higher.
Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a related role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with various communication tools and platforms.
Familiarity with Adobe Marketo preferred, but not required.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Design experience or skills required (at least at an introductory level).
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Repetitive motion.
Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
This is a full-time, exempt role based in BNI’s Charlotte, NC HQ.
