The Sr.
Director of TIAA B2B Marketing Data is responsible for leading a team of data scientists and analysts to drive data-driven marketing strategies and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in implementing the advanced analytics, measurement, and reporting capabilities that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing across channels.
Key Responsibilities and Duties 1.
Strategy Development: Work closely with marketing, digital experiences, Sales, and technology teams to understand the end-to-end user journey and deploy innovative strategies to shape and optimize the user experience and drive ROI.
2.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of data scientists and analysts by providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team’s success in delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
3.
Predictive Modeling and Forecasting: Develop and implement predictive models to forecast customer behavior, identify potential leads, and optimize marketing campaigns.
Use advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to drive data-driven decision making.
4.
Advanced Measurement: Guide the marketing attribution strategy for key business outcomes to measure the impact of marketing activities on each stage of the customer lifecycle and optimize marketing spend.
Establish clear marketing KPIs and measurement frameworks.
Guide experimental design to measure the incremental impact of marketing.
Develop advanced capabilities that combine marketing attribution and MMM for holistic ROI measurement.

Foster a culture of data driven decision making by: Overseeing the data orchestration, collection, analysis, and interpretations of marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
Presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Staying up to date with the latest advancements in data science, marketing analytics, and technology trends to dive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Educational Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience Required Work Experience 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred Physical Requirements Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work Career Level 9PL Qualifications: Required Qualifications: 5 years of experience in a data science related role Bachelor’s Degree required Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related or quantitative field (Economics, Math, Statistics, or equivalent) preferred.
Master of Science Degree in a business-related or quantitative field (Economics, Math, Statistics, or equivalent) preferred.
10+ years of experience managing analytics teams, working collaboratively with cross-functional partners, developing roadmaps, and executing on strategic vision.
Proven experience in a leadership role within B2B marketing data science or analytics.
In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and best practices.
Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms Ability to lead and execute core analytics methodologies (regression analysis, factor analysis, decision trees, cluster analysis, etc.
) Solid proficiency in SQL/Python/R Experience with Alteryx, Snowflake, Tableau, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, and Salesforce Experience initiating and driving projects to completion autonomously, with aptitude to train internal stakeholders on how to use and understand a variety of analytics tool.
Anticipated Posting End Date: 2024-01-31 Base Pay Range: $169,600/yr.
- $210,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
