Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in skin care sales, account management and new business
development
- In field 4 days/week, Minimum 8 prospect calls/week, open 2 new accounts/month
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of new account openings
and trainings
Qualifications:
- Licensed esthetician a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
