Rehab Without Walls is seeking a motivated, experienced professional to fill the role of Manager of Business Development.
The ideal candidate will support the organization by leading business development efforts to deliver favorable revenue to budget results for all assigned locations.

Responsibilities:
Develop new and organic business growth in all markets to maximize aggressive national growth strategy
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with appropriate sales, operational, and clinical leaders to ensure execution of marketing strategies to promote the overall success of each location
Train, develop, and provide oversight of inside sales team and Community Relations Managers for all assigned locations
Continually monitor key metrics, milestones, and benchmarks to inform an evolving market entry strategy
Maintain thorough documentation of all marketing activities
Facilitate key partnerships with physicians and payer sources
Collaborate with other departments within the company as necessary to the pursuit of business development opportunities
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business (preferable finance or accounting) required
Master’s degree in business or health care administration preferred
Minimum two years of relevant business development experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
Must be able to periodically work evenings and weekends
Local and out of state travel is required and may be significant at times
