Job Description Summary
Responsible for business development pursuits from start to finish.
This includes managing and assisting with the overall coordination, collaboration, and preparation of marketing and business development content, collateral, proposals, and presentations.
This position is virtual and will cover Americas (U.
S.
& Canada) business platform.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage business development process for proposals and presentations from commencement to material completion, interfacing directly with leadership and fee earners throughout the process as well as partnering with graphic design teams
Responsible for finding, writing and updating the content; and coordinating/making edits and updates on proposals and presentations
Deliver final, clean pitch and/or presentation content
Ensure best practice sharing and adoption across pitch and/or proposal collateral
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, marketing or public relations
3+ years of experience
Background in B2B proposal writing and/or business development marketing
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Must have the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative but works well in group environment
An eagerness to learn new skills and subjects
Proficiency in Microsoft suite (including PowerPoint), knowledge of Adobe applications also preferred
