*Southeast Regional Sales Manager*
The Southeast Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the sales and promotion of Koma Precision, Inc.
products and services to OEM’s, machine tool dealers, industrial distributors and manufacturing end users within a designated territory.
This territory includes Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida.
Managing the territory includes but is not limited to: account management, distributor relationship management, new account development, presentation of new products/services and sales growth.
Applicant must be willing to travel within the territory 50% of time.
This position reports to the National Sales Manager based at corporate headquarters in East Windsor, CT.
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Set, achieve and exceed goals for sales growth
* Present new products and services to distribution and end user network
* Distributor relationship management in support of growing sales
* Key account management and development
* New account development
* Prepare quotations with applicable technical information for formal proposals
* Maintain product knowledge of Koma Precision Inc.
’s complete product line along with customer’s machinery lines
* Travel within the territory to maintain and develop key accounts and distributor relationships
*Job Requirements:*
* Bachelor degree from a four-year college or university
* Experience managing distributor relationships
* Demonstrate a proven track record of goal attainment
* Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in product presentations
