The Home Care Community Liaison / Marketing Manager’s mission will be to contribute to the lives of individuals and families in need by forming strategic partnerships that elevate the provision of homecare services.
Leveraging your background in homecare, marketing, and relationship management, you will forge meaningful connections that elevate our services and improve the quality of life for individuals in need of personalized homecare solutions.
The objective of the Home Care Community Liaison / Marketing Manager will be developing and implementing marketing strategies that effectively communicate our agency's mission and values to the community.
Specializing in Home Care Partnerships and company expansion, your expertise will shape HPHC’s growth, establish the company as a trusted leader in delivering personalized homecare solutions, and drive the expansion of our impact within the community.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 1 year of Home Care marketing experience, or equivalent
Proven experience as a Home Care Marketing manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of industry marketing strategies and tactics
Strong research skills to gather market data and identify opportunities
Excellent communication skills required
A candidate with existing relationships and contacts in the industry, a plus
Knowledge of relevant government aid / community support services (i.
e.
Medicaid, VA) or other programs and funding initiatives, a plus
Passionate, must present a positive and professional business image
SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTIONS:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, community support workers, and other key partners within the homecare sector.
Serve as a bridge between HPHC and these partners, building trust and rapport.
Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent HPHC and establish connections with potential homecare partners.
Collaborate with the team to develop creative marketing initiatives that set us apart in the industry
Plan and attend community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to promote our services.
Perform managerial duties as assigned
