Associate Sales Director

The Associate Sales Director position involves many of the tasks and activities required to accomplish the closing goals of the affiliated market center.
They will assist the Director of Sales with developing systems to make the office run smoothly, building a talent bench of future leaders, reducing turnover by increasing per agent productivity, and meeting mutually agreed upon KPI metrics established with the MSRE Senior Leadership Team.
The Associate Sales Director will require a willingness to do whatever it takes, including but not limited to relocating, to meet closing targets while delivering an excellent client experience.
A strong Associate Sales Director will take ownership of the fostering and development of a successful sales team as the entire organization relies on the team to close homes.
The Associate Director of Sales must be disciplined about their time and task focused to successfully complete their work.
Regular Work Activities:
Prepare for and Conduct Huddle Meetings
Assist DOS with Pre-Appointment preparation and Post-Appointment Follow Up
Shadow Agents on Appointments to provide feedback and lift results
Process closing deposits
Monitor SalesForce compliance and conduct with CRM Training
Manage Agent calendar availability
Host Office Hours for Agent Questions
Promote personal development activities for the Agents
Oversee office administrative responsibilities (ordering supplies, etc.
)
Review transaction paperwork for the first 5 closings of each new hire
Key Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Customer Relations Management software (SalesForce), Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
), and Google Applications
Able to meet and exceed goals/results oriented
Good organizational abilities
Calm under pressure/think quick on feet
Compensation:
Base Salary, performance bonuses, health insurance, and 401k
Job Requirements:
State Real Estate License
High School Graduate and Bachelor's degree preferred
One to three years of sales, customer service and/or sales management experience
Department Hours of Operation: In the office - Mon-Fri: 8:30 AM EST – 5:30 PM EST
Hours worked may vary between 40 and 60 hours per week to meet goals.
Available by phone Nights and Weekends, as needed
