HCM Sales Representative
Summary/objective
In an outside sales-based environment, you'll sell new customers on our technology and services, work with insurance brokers and other centers of influence for referrals, and follow up on potential leads.
This position will give you the opportunity to play a key role in increasing our company relationships within the community by working with diverse clientele groups.

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience
Tech and SaaS savviness
HCM experience required
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with all personalities and business roles
A creative and independent thinker
Motivation for sales
A desire to continually grow and apply new skills
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
Travel Required
Yes, up to 25% domestic travel may be required.
