Beer & Kombucha Sales Representative

We are looking to bring on a self-motivated sales person to our team who enjoys the craft beer space and has previous sales experience.
This is a full-time position with a base plus commission compensation structure.
Base salary disclosed is negotiable based on sales experience.
As a Lenny Boy sales representative you are responsible for maintaining a professional presence in your territory as you become the face of the brand through your interactions.
- Enjoy meeting new people, feel rewarded from growth.
Not afriad of hearing No! Must have confidence in yourself and your relationship building techniques.
- You will maintain regular contact and build relationships with buyers at key and target accounts.
- Critical thinking and input in sales strategies, route optimization, input and assessment of beers.
- Maintain a CRM - Ability and willingness to maintain flexible work schedules.
Some weekends are required for festivals.
- Must have drivers license to drive a Company motor vehicle to and from accounts.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 55 lbs - You will receive full onboard training.
