Job Description
An exciting opportunity to join A Place for Mom as an Inside Sales Manager and lead a remote team of Senior Living Advisors (SLAs).
Senior Living Advisors (SLAs) are inside sales representatives responsible for advising families on senior care options and working with them to find the right senior living communities that match their needs.
This role requires a combination of analytical and sales skills, a commitment to delivering a seamless consumer experience, and the ability to work cross functionally with other divisions within our organization to maximize outcomes and drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and develop a high performing, results driven sales team via recruitment, training, coaching, and motivating
Provide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and guides team members to efficiently leverage the value of every call for maximum conversion rates and outcomes
Train, mentor and manage team on how to build relationships and educate families over the phone through the referral process while understanding each family’s unique needs and referring to the appropriate customer communities.
Manage performance of the team to maximize outcomes
Achieve and exceed sales goals monthly to achieve company goals
Prepare and report on market performance to Senior Leadership team as required
Occasional overnight travel required for Divisional and Organizational Sales Meetings, with additional local travel to visit our community customers in the market
Qualifications
Five or more years of experience successfully leading an inside sales team to exceed quota; 10 or more years of sales experience preferred
Previous experience managing a sales team which sells either directly to customers or small businesses
Passionate about managing by metrics
Track record of developing new sales talent into top performers
Ability to manage seasoned sales talent to maximize their performance
Ability to solve personnel issues both timely and professionally
Promotes a positive and energetic sales atmosphere with the team
Ability to deliver results, while working in a highly independent environment
Track record of strong collaboration with other departments or business functions, with focus on achieving shared goals
Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Effective time management skills
Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel.
Access to a designated home office space, allowing for privacy during working hours, as well as a high speed internet connection
Ability to commit to working the last 3 days of the month
Additional Information
Compensation:
Base Salary Range - $90,000-$105,000
On Target Earnings: $140k
