Our corporate office in Charlotte,NC area is seeking a Marketing Director who will be in charge of leading the company's marketing efforts with aggressive goals of growth into new markets in the Midwest and southeastern regions of the US.
Role will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for the company's brands.
Role will also be working closely with the sales department to develop a pricing strategy that will support maximizing profits and market share.
Role will be in charge of organizing company conferences, trade shows, marketing campaigns, and major events.

To be considered for this position, an applicant will need a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications.
Master?s degree is preferred.
Applicant will also need to have 5 or more years of experience in running a marketing team and marketing campaigns.
Healthcare-specific marketing experience is preferred.
High competency in project and stakeholder management is a huge advantage.
Primary Responsibilities: ? Overseeing marketing department.
? Evaluating and developing the marketing strategy and marketing plan.
? Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
? Communicating the marketing plan.
? Researching demand for the products and services.
? Competitor research.
? Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
? Identifying potential customers.
? Developing promotions with advertising managers.
? Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
? Compiling lists describing the offerings.
? Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
? Building brand awareness and positioning.
? Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
? Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
? Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
? Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
Minimum Job Qualifications ? Bachelor?s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
? Eight years progressively responsible business experience.
? Five years? experience in managing a Public Relations, Communications or Marketing function preferably in a healthcare setting.
? Availability and willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the operation, that may include occasional evenings and weekends ? Excellent communication, publication and advertising production skills.
? Proven research and marketing survey knowledge.
? Demonstrated proficiency in speaking with the media, news reporting and writing.
? Proven knowledge in graphic software.
? Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite ? Ability to travel 25% of the time, some overnight travel required at times Physical Requirements Sitting or standing for extended periods of time varying by daily assigned duties.

Keyboarding for extended periods of time.
Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
