Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Marketing and Creative Director and will be a key part of our Creative Services Team, which is a tight-knit, collaborative group of eight design and marketing professionals.
This person will play a pivotal role in developing, managing, and executing Raftelis' digital marketing strategy.
In addition, this person will help tell our organization's story and enhance brand awareness by crafting content and leading digital marketing initiatives.
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, thinks outside of the box, and is excited about working with an established and well-respected brand to take our digital presence to the next level.
Primary Responsibilities: Digital Strategy: Work with the Marketing and Creative Director to develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that promotes our brand, enhances engagement, and drives interest across all digital channels.
Constantly consider new approaches to improve our digital marketing performance.
Content Development: Work with our technical staff to conceptualize, develop, and write engaging marketing content with a style and voice that is consistent with our brand.
Serve as brand journalist, proactively seeking new content ideas about key issue areas from across the firm.
Manage our content calendar to ensure we have the content necessary to meet our objectives.
Hubspot: Maintain, manage, and optimize our use of the Hubspot CRM and marketing platform by developing and implementing enhancements to our processes and encouraging optimal use of the tools across the firm.
Website and SEO: Provide insights into enhancements of the website from a content and user experience standpoint, including developing strategy and content for CTAs.
Develop website content and make content updates using Wordpress CMS.
Conduct SEO analysis and implement content changes to improve SEO.
Email Marketing: Collaborate with our in-house graphic designers and technical staff to develop and distribute email marketing campaigns.
Develop and implement marketing automation tactics to enhance engagement with audience.
Social Media: Guided by our social media strategy, manage Raftelis' social media accounts (primarily focusing on LinkedIn, also with accounts on Facebook and X), including maintaining and populating social media calendar, gathering and developing content, working with in-house graphic designers to develop graphics, posting content, monitoring engagement, tracking performance, and managing social media advertising.
Also, update the social media strategy annually and explore new social media platforms (like Instagram) that could enhance our brand.
Metric Reporting: Report on the performance of our digital marketing efforts across all channels and gather performance metric insights to inform marketing strategy.
Other tasks as requested Requirements: 4+ years of digital marketing experience Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience Experience in social media management, email marketing, Wordpress content management, and basic SEO Experience with Hubspot Strong writing and editing skills and experience with content development Team player with excellent communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they believe they can perform every job description task.
