POSITION TITLE: Strategic Account Sales Support and Implementation Manager
LOCATION: Field based / Remote Position (National, US Region)

You are the ideal candidate who will manage and support the implementation process for Strategic Accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Provide post-sale support for Strategic Accounts
Project manage initial installations and trainings
Work with Director of Strategic Accounts and VP of Sales to develop and implement a DSO pre- and post-sale strategy
Coordinate the dispatch of current staff as needed to support the installed base to ensure the highest level of support.
Work cross-functionally with same to develop and improve processes
IT
ASEs
Clinical Specialists
Tech Support
Identify efficiencies within existing DSO accounts to assist practices in becoming more profitable; cross-sell/up-sell Planmeca products
Support Government and Institutional sales by conducting remote or onsite product presentations to facilitate new business
Build relationships with channel partners for scheduling, implementation, and training
Further strengthen dealer engagement
Key point of contact for distribution project management teams
Performs related duties as required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Training and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication or related field
Seven years of progressive experience in a sales or product marketing role within the dental industry
Experience with Dental Special Market sales, preferred
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills
Extensive knowledge of dental products and equipment, as well as the dental distribution network
Strong organization and interpersonal skills
Robust communication and presentation skills
Self-driven, energetic, result oriented leader that thrives in a dynamic environment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have the ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop and reach, and to manipulate computer, writing, or other instruments to carry out responsibilities of the position.
Able to travel up to 70%
