POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department's campaigns and ensuring their successful execution.
You will collaborate closely with onsite and regional teams, vendors, and the marketing team to streamline support requests and enhance overall marketing efforts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Coordinate with onsite and regional teams, vendors, and the marketing team to ensure seamless support and successful execution of marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing team to ensure timely completion of marketing support requests and services from asset, development, and property management teams.
Seek insights on market trends, competitor analysis, and resident behavior to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external vendors to guarantee the timely and high-quality execution of marketing campaigns.
Develop engaging and compelling social media content to promote Northwood Ravin across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Manage email marketing efforts, including content coordination, database maintenance, scheduling, and execution.
Provide valuable support to the Marketing Vice President in evaluating and developing marketing plans and strategies.

Maintain an organized inventory of marketing training and support materials, ensuring all resources are up-to-date and accurate.
Coordinate the creation of new materials as needed to support marketing initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related fields.
Proven experience (3+ years) in graphic design, brand development, and digital marketing, preferably within the multifamily real estate industry.
Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content management systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and optimize marketing efforts accordingly.
Exceptional creativity and ability to think outside the box to deliver compelling marketing campaigns.
Strong written communication collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
