Responsibilities: - Meet and exceed sales goals - Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve company & personal goals Requirements: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences - Excellent negotiation skills - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team We offer competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, and a positive work environment.
