Sales/Customer Service Representative

Legacy Remodeling is looking for our next Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly expanding Marketing and Sales team in the Charlotte area.
We offere a high octain enviroment for those looking to grow their communication skills and learn the basics of marketing.
If you are a goal-oriented, determined, and self-motivated individual who is excited to grow within a company this position is for you! You will be trained in a variety of different departments from customer service, to customer acquisitions, and marketing.
Our full-time customer service representative will also learn administrative skills, leadership development, and marketing techniques.
Daily responsibilities: * Answer consumer's questions and make sure that their entire interaction with our company is seamless * Note take on daily meetings & training * Track daily personal & team goals * Collaborate and strategize with the marketing team on company & department goals * Maintain standards & protocols laid out by management * Teach, train and develop others Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.
00 - $1,200.
