We are currently seeking someone who can leverage their experiences to directly impact the commercial effectiveness and sales performance attainment of our US&C Productivity Solutions & Services (PSS) Channel sales organization.
This position will be located at the Honeywell global headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
Sr Sales Ops Specialist
As the Sr Sales Ops Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with our Channel sales team and helping to drive their Commercial MOS (Management Operating System).
This includes the delivery of insights tied to performance indicators & sales behaviors, management of Salesforce reporting, and collaborating on the Annual Sales Incentive Targets with the US&C Channel Director.
This role is critical to the success of the US&C Channel and will work directly with the Sales teams.
The measures of success will include:
· Deliver on insights tied to seller productivity, quota attainment and customer acquisitions while maintaining a robust and integrated functional excellence in sales operations across the region.
· Reporting and analysis using tools like Salesforce and Tableau
· Drive a consistent approach to sales operations process around pipeline opportunity, territory and Partner management across all geographies and lines of business
MUST HAVE:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years’ experience in fields such as offering management, sales operations, and/or Commercial Excellence roles.
• Experience working in influence-based roles within large, matrixed organizations and working cross functionally with other functions.
