*VAD is currently seeking an Inside Sales Rep at our Charlotte, NC branch.

*Responsibilities:*
* Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information
* Generate quotes, convert existing quotes into orders, tender invoices
* Efficiently provide recommendations, solutions, alternative products
* Work closely with outside sales and warranty teams
* Maintain knowledge of new and existing products and inventory
* Other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications:*
* Excellent attitude and commitment to superior customer service
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Familiarity with HVAC products, or ability to learn
