We are seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
This strategic leadership opportunity will be influential in impacting the direction of the organization and upholding our high standards.
The Vice President of Sales and Marketing will prioritize developing and managing OXCO’s sales growth strategy.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated achievement of sales growth within non-wovens industry (preferred),
Executive level leadership, communication, and strategic planning capability,
Strong demonstrated track-record in customer engagement and retention,
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field,
Sophisticated relating and influencing skills, highly competent at communicating complex issues,
Well-honed acumen for making decisions that align with organizational goals.
