*What you'll do! * * Provide an excellent customer experience daily (remember first impressions are everything!) * Stay up to date on current AFD inventory, industry trends, and collections to ensure customers are educated and aware of their options * Use a tailored consultative sales approach with each customer to ensure a seamless sales journey from introduction to delivery * Use top-notch follow up skills for building confidence to manage and complete client projects * Utilize customer engagement opportunities to up-sell additional products to maximize customer satisfaction and increase sales * Complete AFD product and vendor knowledge training *Requirements: * * Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail environment * Strong interpersonal skills; effective communication and problem-solving skills * Possess a money-motivated, commission-focused, and outgoing personality to meet and exceed target sales goals * Bilingual skills are a plus! * Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,500.
