We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Sales Representative to join our pest and termite division.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our current customer base by promoting and selling our pest control and termite treatment services.
Your primary focus will be on developing relationships with potential customers, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals.
Our Sales Representatives will work closely with the VP to drive rapid growth and create a great customer experience.

Responsibilities:
· Generate leads: Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, networking, and lead generation tools
· Conduct sales presentations: Deliver compelling and informative presentations to prospective customers, showcasing our pest control and termite treatment services highlighting their benefit
· Assess customer needs: Understand customer requirements and concerns related to pest control and termite issues.
Provide tailored solutions and recommendations to address their specific needs
· Prepare proposals and quotes: Prepare accurate and competitive proposals and price quotes based on customer requirements and company guidelines
· Close sales: Utilize effective sales techniques to negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales revenue
· Maintain customer relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customer to ensure repeat business and referrals
· Stay up-to-date: Keep abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to effectively position our services in the market
· CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales activities
· Meet sales targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by the company
· Collaboration: Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any customer issues or concerns
Qualifications:
· *1+ years of previous sales experience is needed!*
· Excellent communications skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present information and negotiate with customers
· Customer-centric approach: Ability to understand customer needs, build rapport, and deliver exceptional customer service
· Self-motivated and goal-oriented: Demonstrated ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve targets
· Problem-solving skills: Effective problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and provide suitable solutions
· Organizational skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple leads simultaneously
· Technical proficiency: Ability to learn CRM software, email, and other sales-related tools
· Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation for customer visits
· Physical ability to enter and inspect crawl spaces and attics while performing in various weather conditions
· Pass background and drug screening
· High school degree, college preferred
