Wells Fargo is seeking a Brand Strategy Lead Marketing Consultant within our Consumer, Small and Business Banking (CSBB) organization.

In this role, you will:
Lead complex initiatives and work across functional teams to strategize, plan and ensure execution of a variety of marketing, development strategies and programs with broad impact
Provide campaign management of critical and complex campaigns and initiatives for brand management and segment initiatives.
Exercise independent judgement and strategic thought leadership to guide development and execution of campaigns including strong partnership with agencies and LOB marketing teams.
Ability to work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency and ensure process steps are met while managing risk in a dynamic and complex environment.
Collaborate and consult with LOB/product marketing partners, business partners and outside vendors to ensure successful implementation and execution brand platform across CSBB.
Demonstrate expertise in legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to marketing.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.
e.
Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with various marketing technologies (e.
g.
, Aprimo, IBM Campaign Management Tool, SalesForce)
Experience taking conceptual ideas or problems and turning that into well-defined strategies, programs across product/channel/services
Experience in on-us and digital channels, including social, websites, email, ATM, wf.
com
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including external vendors
Strong collaboration and partnering skills across various levels of the organization
Experience with Diverse segment marketing
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Financial services experience preferred
