* *We want to meet you!* Minuteman Press of Concord is adding a Full-time Customer Relationship Manager to our team of all-stars.
This individual will be responsible for the customers' experience in person, on the phone and by email.
This individual must be able to work effectively both with the team, the customer, and independently.
*Responsibilities include:* * Responding to customer requests in a timely manner * Multitask and prioritize tasks with incoming calls, emails, and in-person customers * Identify and assess customer needs in order to present options and guide customers in the sales and decision making of sign, print, promotional and apparel products.
* Research promotional products or custom products * Accurately enter specifications for each project and generate quotes * Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
* Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
* Communicate and work with suppliers and vendors * Invoice all finished jobs.
Collect and accurately record all incoming payments * Generate sales leads and build sustainable relationships * Assist other departments as needed and as time permits Minuteman Press of Concord is known for their long lasting relationships with customers.

Creative problem solving skills will benefit this role.
Past print/creative/design knowledge is a plus but not required.
