*Job Description*
This is a part-time on-site Sales Leader role located in Charlotte, NC at our very first Plunge House® facility.
The Sales Lead will be responsible for day-to-day sales tasks, including member experience, management of sales operations, joint venture events, training of sales representatives, building relationships with potential members while maintaining relationships with our current member base.

* Deliver an exceptional member experience throughout each session.
* Greet and welcome all members in a warm and friendly manner.
* Provide assistance and information to prospective members regarding our products, services, and facilities.
* *Sales:*
* Actively engage with leads and members to promote membership opportunities through execution and usage of our CRM, including texts, emails, and phone calls.
* Implement sales strategies to promote membership growth and revenue targets.

* *Administrative Duties:*
* Execute and process member information, transactions, and interactions.
* Assist in inventory management, cleaning, and ensuring the facility is tidy at all times.
