Wells Fargo is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Senior Lead Product Manager as part of our Marketing Services organization in Cards and Merchant Services.
This role will serve as a key subject matter expert for our enterprise use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, a capability used widely across the bank for all marketing email campaigns.
You will be part of an existing Product Team focused on marketing technology solutions and their associated business processes used by marketers and others across Wells Fargo.
Lead an assigned portfolio of activities related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud as well as consult with others on the team using deep knowledge of the Marketing Cloud platform.
Must be able to clearly understand and articulate risks and transform that thinking into the business and technical solutions for the platform along with plus common risk mitigation operating procedures and controls.

In this role, you will: Leverage your experience and expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and business process architecture to serve as an expert advisor to leadership.
This role will not be directly responsible for setting up and producing campaigns.
It will direct behind-scenes activities planning and implement new features while ensuring the foundational operations are sound.
Be a Salesforce Marketing Cloud subject matter expert, responsible for assessing epics and features related to the product to identify impacts and dependencies to current platform operations.
This could include: Deep knowledge of the changes coming from Salesforce's roadmap Deep consultation on solution design with changes Wells Fargo is planning (e.
g.
, integrations, new functionality) Ability to consider and propose risk-based operating controls Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
Coordinating highly complex activities and guidance to others and being an expert communicator of highly technical topics to business partners in business language.
Providing vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact.
Strategically engaging with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise.
Required Qualifications: 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud end-to-end product management experience Desired Qualifications: 10+ years of marketing technology product consulting experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience launching new technical features with digital products, particularly with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Technical understanding of the implications for change introduced, how we might need to approach testing and operational/procedural change.
Experience with enabling Distributed Marketing capabilities through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong understanding of the business process and technical operating controls needed for enterprise, SaaS solutions such as Marketing Cloud Some work experience with other common solutions in the marketing technology stack such as Aprimo, Naehas and Adobe.
Experience with upstream and downstream integrations.
