Qualifications and Duties: * Provide introductory information to new customers * Ensure customer satisfaction with products or services * Promote additional products or services to customers * Address customer questions and provide quick and effective solutions * Resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional manner * Collaborate with a team of Customer Service Representatives to find appropriate solutions * Knowledgeable about our products and services * Identify and generate leads, converting them into potential customers * Proactively contact new and existing customers to understand their needs * Effectively communicate the features of our products to highlight their problem-solving capabilities * Provide product information and address customer inquiries * Negotiate sales terms and prepare sales agreements * Maintain contact lists and establish ongoing relationships with customers * Enter and update credit application information accurately * Assess creditworthiness of applicants and perform cash flow analysis * Ensure compliance with bank criteria for approved applications * Assist with client audits * Bilingual fluency (Spanish speaking) is required Why Join Our Team?
